3 days a week! Doesn’t matter which 3 days you pick! Just stick with it!!!!
And the exercises are: (click for links to proper form)
50 Squats
50 Kickback or Bad Dogs
50 Side Lunges or regular lunges
50 Side leg raises
You have to do at LEAST 3 of these exercise sets
Also add 30-45 minutes of cardio along with these exercises.

I'm going meatless for 40 days and its day 8.
I think I need help and suggestions on what to eat. Its Lent right now and I gave up meat and laziness. Giving up meat is fine, laziness- not so much ( I was going for gym EVERY SINGLE DAY! I haven’t been to the gym for a week T-T). My rules are: no red meat and no poultry, only fish, eggs and other animal bi-products. Now, if I’m aiming for the gym every day and can’t easily get...

So like I said yesterday, I did the Treadmill...
….
Good lord that was hard… I did the whole thing ( with some adjustments since I’m not that hard core) but I got through all the inclines. Running up those inclines? I don’t think I’m ready yet. I only got up the running up incline 5 and I felt like I was going to DIE! It felt good though, I was so sweaty!
